LMS provides maintenance support in the following areas:
- Immediate repair/replacement of PCs and Terminals
- Multi-Vendor/Multi-Platform Support
- Operating Software/Microsoft Office Support
- UPS, Stabilizers and Printer Support
- On-Site Engineer if required.

For clients on retainership, response time is 24 hours. LMS has a good understanding of the software and hardware market so provide adequate support on it.

- MDansby Legal Suite – a legal software for managing Legal cases
- CBS Matrix                 – application used by BBC educational game (used by franchisees)
- HR Intel Support        – application developed to take care of most HR functions produced by IntelSmart (Germany)

- eBusiness Modular    – an online based application for processing realtime payment and managing customers’ information
